New Years Day - Advanced user tip
So, how many of you who have Maitreya bodies dealt with the dreaded layer bug... Put a tattoo on and you wanna wear your tattoo but you also wanna wear that cute stocking paint on applier. Well... I have an advanced user tip and trick for you in this next section coming on on how to wear BOTH! Yes it is possible, (most of the time). This tip wont work for those of you looking to cover feet and hands with multiple layers
So, how you say? Simple, First, and this is Stacey Lucciano 101, COPY EVERYTHING ALWAYS! Never work on an original (unless its no copy in which case you are screwed. And fuck you copy boters. I won't even recognize that). In this example we will use a set of stockings to go over leg tattoo. So, make a copy of your normal body, hands, feet, and body. Now, make a folder and label it whatever you want to know that this is your normal body. Make a second copy of the body and feet. Make another folder and label it so you know that this is your Stocking layer or whatever you want to paint over your tattoo's or other layers.
I make copies of every body I alter. So below is our starting "normal" skin.
Detach all your body parts for Maitreya now. Hands, Feet, and Body. Attach the new copy that you want to put the applier for your stockings on now and apply them so you have them on as a tattoo layer as well, like so.
This is where it gets a bit tricky. Now you have to understand how Maitreya Bento hands and feet work to understand this next part. When you attach feet and hands they take on the skin and tattoo's of the LAST attached body. That being said we now ADD the "normal" body and hands. And Voula You have double tattoo layers, one from the original "Normal" body and one from the new applier.
Thats my tip of the day. This trick will not work on hands and feet as they take the skin and applirs of the last attached body which then makes it a bit more tricky. That's all I have for today.
